- How much does a virtual tour cost in Morocco?
- In euros, at the same prices as in France: from €180 excl. VAT up to 120 m², €240 excl. VAT up to 200 m², on quote above that. EYFEL is a French company based in Bordeaux, working in Morocco with its own team on site. Your detailed quote is sent the same day.
- Who comes to capture the property?
- A member of the EYFEL team living in Morocco, trained and equipped exactly as in Bordeaux: the same Matterport Pro3 camera, the same method, the same delivery time. You call them directly, with no middleman.
- My buyer lives abroad: can they visit from home?
- Yes, and it is the most common use in Morocco. The tour opens from a simple link, on a phone or a computer, with no app to install. The buyer walks through every room, takes measurements and comes back as often as they like, before even booking a flight.
- How long does the tour stay online?
- Three months online are included. After that, it can be extended month by month with no commitment, or yearly. A tour that was taken offline can be put back online.
